What to expect.
Limitless strength is a powerful and fun group class that will get and/or keep you in top shape! During the class you will use a barbell with weights, free weights and a step and perform various exercises that train and strengthen all your muscle groups.

You'll notice that we don't work with very heavy weights here like we do in standard strength training. No, the strength class is about high repetitions with relatively light weights. This creates muscle memory and improves your endurance. Plus, it's less stressful on your joints than heavy weights with low repetitions.
And let's not forget, music is an integral part of the experience! The rhythm of the music helps you stay in the right cadence and gives you extra motivation to keep going until the end of the class. It's not unusual to smile the entire time during a strength class, even if your muscles are burning from the exertion.
Bring
- a drinking can with water
- a towel
- Wear comfortable sports clothing.
- Clean athletic shoes are okay, but you can also do a strength class barefoot or your stockings for extra strengthening of your ankle joints.
We provide a mat, a step, a barbell and all the necessary weights.
