This way you get the most out of your workouts and your goals are closer than ever. At the start of your program we discuss what you want to achieve, what is achievable and what health issues we may need to take into account. Everyone is unique and therefore personal training or duo training is the fastest way to results.

We all have a real learning curve behind us and the necessary certifications under our belt to create the ideal customized training plan for you, help you perform the exercises safely and push you to your limits during your workout and beyond. Because it's outside the comfort zone that strong bodies take shape.
Visible and measurable results
We understand the importance of motivation and measurability. That's why all of our personal coaching and duo training packages include a comprehensive fitness test. With each new class series you book, we measure your progress using a professional body scan and fitness test.
For most people, body weight is secondary to this. Depending on your personal fitness goals, we focus on achieving a healthy fat percentage, striving for better body composition, building muscle and increasing strength and endurance.

Personal training rates
Personal training
1-on-1 training- Each class lasts 45 minutes.
- You book your sessions at least per month. If you book for 3 months at once, and pay in advance, we can give a 10% discount.
- Ideally, you should attend at least 2 PT sessions weekly, but know that you will get the best and snappiest results if you attend 3 or 4 classes per week.
- You agree with your coach where and when your training sessions will take place. If you cancel last minute (=less than 24 hours in advance) or do not show up, your turn expires.
- We encourage you to supplement your personal training sessions with a 10-turn card for Arenal group classes that you can use flexibly within this period for additional workouts and variety.
- During each personalized program, your coach provides a body scan and/or fitness test to understand your progress and motivate you.
