Personal training & group classes

Onze groepslessen zijn geschikt voor alle niveaus, of je nu een beginner bent of een ervaren sporter. Ga jij voor Cardiomix, Cross, Strength, Pilates, Boxing of functionele HIIT-trainingen? Of gewoon allemaal? Dat kan! We hebben verschillende vrije groepslessen om aan jouw noden te voldoen.

In addition, the various coaches also organize challenges. These are fixed series of lessons, sometimes lasting a few weeks or months, but often ongoing. For example, Marius can organize a Cross Boxing challenge and Sihem a Ladies Challenge.

If you're looking for more personalized guidance, we also offer personal training. Our trainers work one-on-one with you to create a customized workout program that fits your individual needs and goals. There's even the option to take your personal training to the next level with e-move, our program with EMS technology.
