- Diverse offerings: from intense cross sessions to workouts to get stronger and now very popular pilates group classes.

- Flexible schedule: choose from more than 10 classes per week, so you can easily keep exercising at your pace.
- Flexible turn cards: At Move Limitless, you don't have to take subscriptions. With a single turn, a 5-turn card, a 10-turn card or even a 20-turn card, you choose how long and intensively you want to commit. You can also opt for a trial card, which allows you at an advantageous rate to come test 3 lessons over a 2-week period.

Personal training without or with EMS

For more personal guidance, Move Limitless also offers personal training by Marius Kwayep, one of the region's most experienced trainers. Such a 1-on-1 training series is the most efficient way to reach your goals. That's because your sessions are tailored to what your body needs, taking into account your specific goals, motivation, concerns and any health conditions.
In short, personal training, that is:
- One-on-one coaching with all the focus on you and your goals.
- Customized training plans: whether you want to lose weight, build muscle mass or get stronger, we'll create a plan that's right for you.

Duo Training & Small Group Training
These forms of training combine the best of both worlds: more economical than personal training, but still with plenty of room for individual guidance. You work out in a fixed and close group, so you can motivate each other and the coach can take into account everyone's needs and possible limitations.
- Duo training: exercise with a friend, your partner or colleague. You have each other as an extra incentive, which only adds to the challenge and fun.
- Small Group Training: train in a fixed group of 3 or 4 people. Because of the limited group size, you still get a lot of personal attention and you can grow to a higher level together.
