Such a 1-on-1 training series is the most efficient way to reach your goals. That's because your sessions are tailored to what your body needs, taking into account your specific goals, motivation, concerns and any health conditions.

EMS training

Duo Training & Small Group Training

These forms of training combine the best of both worlds: more economical than personal training, but still with plenty of room for individual guidance. You work out in a fixed and close group, so you can motivate each other and the coach can take into account everyone's needs and possible limitations.

  • Duo training: exercise with a friend, your partner or colleague. You have each other as an extra incentive, which only adds to the challenge and fun.
  • Small Group Training: train in a fixed group of 3 or 4 people. Because of the limited group size, you still get a lot of personal attention and you can grow to a higher level together.
